Talara Blackwood

Talara is an energetic and creative Laughter Wellness presenter. Her Laughter Wellness workshops are energising, uplifting and lively.

Talara discovered the benefits of laughter during a stressful transition period and immediately recognised the positive impact of laughter on her sense of wellbeing and connection. She began using laughter as a powerful tool for stress management and to shift her mindset.

Talara trained with Connie Costa in Laughter Wellness. She has presented Laughter Wellness workshops at workplaces, as well as with students  and community groups. She is a co-leader at Bondi Beach Laughter Club. Talara values the importance of health, wellness and connection. She deeply enjoys sharing the gift of laughter with others and is passionate about sharing tools to empower people and enhance their wellbeing.
